Global Mastery Partners was founded by Amina Djirdeh, a finance veteran and university professor who spent over a decade working in systems that weren’t built for her. As a Black woman on Bay Street, she saw firsthand how exclusion hides in plain sight—and how little most organizations truly understood about fixing it.
That experience shaped everything. Amina built Global Mastery Partners to do what traditional DEI efforts don’t:
See the blind spots. Build real tools. Change the system from within.
Today, she leads a lean, tech-powered team—combining strategic insight with lived experience to help institutions take real action.
Amina built her career in investment banking, private equity, and advisory at top firms like Scotiabank. She now teaches finance at universities across Canada and leads Global Mastery Partners with a rare mix of operational insight, lived experience, and deep systems thinking.
She also writes, speaks, and advises on how to build institutions where equity isn’t just promised—but built into the structure.
