Global Mastery Partners is led by Amina Djirdeh, a finance expert and educator who built her career inside the very systems clients are trying to change.
With deep experience in investment banking, equity research, and teaching, Amina brings rare clarity to institutions trying to align inclusion with performance, policy, and purpose.
She’s not just advising from the outside—she’s lived it, taught it, and built tools to fix it.
Founder & Chief Strategist: Amina Djirdeh
Amina spent over a decade working in finance, rising through investment banking, private equity, and research roles at firms like Scotiabank and Industrial Alliance. She saw how exclusion operated from the inside—and decided to build something better.
Today, she teaches finance at Canadian universities and leads Global Mastery Partners with a rare blend of lived experience, strategic insight, and real-world systems thinking.
Her approach is grounded in three principles:
